Peanut butter and jam or if you like to say jelly was a staple growing up for most of us, we added real raspberry for a first in peanut butter. The great taste of original jackpot with the sweet tang of raspberry.

Jackpot is an American peanut butter, made in the UK. Made with only natural ingredients: American runner peanuts, salt, rapeseed oil.

Freeze dried raspberries (5%), dark muscovado sugar (1%)

Our peanuts are from Georgia and the Virginia’s and we are proud to be endorsed by the American Peanut Council.

Jackpot Peanut butter raspberry jelly time French toast recipe

Ingredients:

2 whole eggs

1/4 TSP salt

1/2 TSP vanilla extract

1/2 cup of oat or cow milk

1 loaf brioche or fluffy white bread

3 TBSP of jackpot raspberry peanut butter

Butter and maple syrup for serving

 

Method:

1: In a shallow dish combine the two eggs, salt, vanilla and milk, whisk until combined thoroughly

2: Cut the loaf as it's two slices, using a knife make an incision in the top of each slice to create a pocket.

3: smear the insides of the pockets with jackpot raspberry peanut butter.

4: in a pan or skillet, melt a TBSP of butter

5: dip both sides of the bread in the egg mixture and then place on the hot buttered skillet, cook until golden, flip and repeat.

6: Serve with maple syrup or simply by themselves.

Method:

Push ginger biscuit delicately into pot of jackpot, try not to snap.

Lift out with a good portion of jackpot.
